Our Story

Point to Point Couriers is wahine Māori-owned and led, born from a desire to do things better. We saw how many courier services were missing the mark, leaving customers frustrated with poor communication, delays, and unmet expectations. There had to be a better way, so we built a business that learns from those mistakes.

Our approach is simple: deliver on time and provide great customer service. We believe in keeping things straightforward, reliable, and efficient. With every delivery, we aim to show that courier services can be fast, transparent, and built around what customers actually need.

Tai - MANAGING DIRECTOR

A.K.A Boss Lady. Tai's main job is keeping the office tidy and ready for the team each morning. Oh ... and running the business, of course.
Ash - HEAD DISPATCHER

With eleven and a half years of logistics experience under her belt, Ash knows dispatching like the back of her hand. She knows exactly how to get your delivery from A to B in no time.
Matt - SALES & DISPATCH

Matty is likely one of the first P2P faces you'll meet. When he's not out visiting our lovely customers, you can find him on the road, on dispatch or anywhere really!
Vee - OFFICE MANAGER

Vee is the lucky lady tasked with wrangling the P2P team and keeping us all on track. It's a hard task, but whatever we need - Vee's got it.
Gem - CUSTOMER SERVICE

She's a true gem! Between answering phone calls and supporting the P2P office, Gem always finds time to keep the team in good spirits.
Ngawahine - CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ngawahine is another voice you might hear when you give us a call. If she doesn't know the answer herself, she'll know exactly where to find it.
